I had lunch with old & new stuff at Nobu at Blue Plate Oysterette in Santa Monica.

It was cute store, and I really like their T shirts texture, they are very soft and very reasonable, but I didn’t get any… no, I couldn’t…but I’ll next time!!!

女子会Girls night out!!!

Yoshie,Hisako,Maki, Tomo and I had a girls night out at OKINAWA restaurant  last night!!

We ate, drank and talked all night .Hisako baked  apple cake and brought us to eat. it was soooooo gooood!!

昨夜は、よしえちゃん、久子ちゃん、マキちゃん、とも姉と沖縄料理屋さんで女子会をやりました！！食べてしゃべってあっという間に時間が過ぎてしまい。。。久子ちゃんは手作りのリンゴのケーキを持参とても美味しかったよ！！！！

いやぁーしかし女子二人でよく食べたし

よくしゃべった。

We had so many things, and our favorite were truffle and mushroom fried risotto and shrimp with garlic sauce. We ate so much, and talked a lot of things.

てなわけで、３時間を超すディナーでした。

ありがとラッシェル。

というカルバーシティにあるレストランに行って来たよ。

Our friends Robin and Alvin took us to LIBRA in culver city.

 

お友達のロビンと彼女の旦那様のアルビンに連れて行ってもらったよ。

ブラジリアンレストランで

お肉が次から次に出て来て、目の前でナイフで削ぎ落としてもらうヤツ。

It’s a Brazilian stake restaurant, and all the kinds of meat come to your table, and they slice them for you.

 

こちらお肉が欲しい時テーブルの上に。

This is when you want more meat.

 

 

こっちはもー食べられませんの時。

とってもおいしかったです。

満腹満足。

ロビン、アルビンありがとう。

This is like when you can’t have any more food. It was really great food and atmosphere. We were satisfied. Thank you, Robin and Alvin.

Birthday Susumu!

ランチは「海港」で飲茶

We went to Chinese restaurant “Sea Harbor  Seafood Restaurant”

デザートとはやっぱりこれ

この他にもいろんなのいっぱい食べたけど、

食べるの忙し過ぎて写真撮ってません。。。

それにしてもここの飲茶は

ちょっとお値段高いけど、

今まで食べたLAの飲茶の中で
最高に美味しかった～。一番です。
本当に。
We had more food, but too busy to eat. 　This place was a little bit pricey for Dim Sum, but  it was the best Dim Sum place we’ve ever been! Really great.

飲茶の後は、映画館へー。

“Rise of The Planet of The Apes”
を観にいったよ。
面白かったね。
2時間あっという間だったー。

After dim sum, we went to see “The Rise of The Planet of The Apes” It didn’t feel like 2 hours long. Fun movie.

に行って来ました。

I went to Porto’s  in Burbank with my friend.

ここのポテトボールとてもおいしいとの評判で。。。

They are very famous for potato balls.

中にひき肉とポテト。

おいしーっこれ！

しかも結構お値段がお安いので、いろんなの買っちゃった。

This is it! It has mashed potato and ground beef. It was great! I bought so many goodies, and they weren’t that expensive.

ポテトボール４個、ミートパイ２個、あと写ってないけど、

クロワッサン、ココナッツパイ、グアバパイ、チーズパイ、

それから、ドルチェデレチェというクッキー２個

お持ち帰りしました。

全部で$１０ドルくらいでした。

また行きたーい！！

I bought 4 potato balls, 2 meat pies, and they aren’t in the picture but I also got a croissant, a coconut strudel, a guava strudel, a cheese strudel, and 2  dulce de leches. Everything was about $10!!! I was so pleased with the price and the taste. I wanna go back again!

会場には、絵画や写真など、

いろいろな物が出展され、

入場料などを含め、約１万５千ドル集まったそうです。

すっごーい。

それはすべて日本のレッドクロスに寄付されます。

がんばれ日本！

We(mym, sotoodesigns, Rumblefish) participated in the charity auction, and everthing on the picture were sold. YEY!!!  There were pictures,  photos, and so many things. The sales, including the admission fees, came out about $15,000 that night, and it will go to Red Cross in Japan.  Give cheer to Japan!
